Site/Forum Registration Integration

OK...things should now be set up that site and forum registration are integrated - register with one, and both are set up, allowing for comments on the site content and for posting on the forums with the same account.
Once work is done today, I'll try testing it out myself (slacked enough from work configuring the plugin
