Z’ozpheratu was a male Twi’lek who “lived” during the Galactic Civil War. Some of his most recognizable features were his glowing yellow eyes. After the Battle of Yavin, he helped organize the Galactic Moon Festival in Mos Eisley and Moenia in the name of Jabba the Hutt himself. During the Galactic Moon Festival he received the visitors of the planet and the tourists of other planets. He was well known for providing holographic disguise kits to temporarily costume others as skeletons, phantoms and Kowakian monkey-lizards celebrating that party in an “usual” way.

Rumors abounded that Z’ozpheratu might not be precisely alive…that he was some sort of reanimated supernatural creature that had once been a Twi’lek. Few, if any, knew the truth, as it seemed anyone who might learn it disappeared with the night.

GM COMMENTS

Z’ozpheratu was introduced in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies as part of the Galactic Moon Festival – the game’s annual Halloween-themed content. While never openly portrayed as having any sort of supernatural powers, I think it’s just fun to lean into that Halloween element and make him the vampire he looks like, and is named in reference to.
